"Very fast everyone was helpful gave me a lot of information and seen us at the last minute I almost canceled my appointment after reading other reviews but decided to come in and see for myself and I am very glad I did very satisfied!! Definitely recommend"
"This is not anything on the staff, they are fine as far as care, but the ethics of the business is no good. The policy seems to be to put profit over care. I brought my child in for vaccinations and she was turned away. Said I owed them 200 + dollars and SHES ON MEDICAID!!! I try to work it out with them before this rating, hoping they would say “our mistake” or make it right somehow, but they want me to take care of their clerical errors, or the states whatever. Nuh-uh. I’ve been on the phone with medical people since the passing of Obamacare; too much anxiety is produced from these interactions."
"While all of the doctors there were nice I will not be bringing my child back. If your infant is anything but a perfectly healthy baby do not bring them here. My child was a preemie and they acted as if they’d never seen a preemie before. Anytime I asked a standard baby question they’d tell me to ask her neonatologist (who we only see twice a year). My daughter was also supposed to get a vaccine (because she was a preemie she automatically qualified for it) and after calling several time to confirm she would get it at her appointment I was told they didn’t know anything about it and she didn’t qualify. After switching pediatricians and filling out a paper in person to have her records faxed over all the new office got was sentence saying she was premature. No vaccination records or history of the 75 days she was in the NICU. Would give it 0 stars if I could."
"My children have been going to Bardstown Pediatrics since 2008 when my son, my third child, was newborn. Every provider that they have seen has listened to my concerns and addressed them. My children have always felt comfortable with each of the providers. I have always felt they genuinely care about our family and the well-being of my children."
"Brought my son to dr at 1pm today. He still has pneumonia (brought him last week and they obviously didn’t give him a strong enough medicine) my husband got off at 4 went to pick up medicine. They had never called it in. He waited 45 mins. Bardstown pediatrics told the pharmacy to call them so they could give them his prescriptions over phone. Husband got home and called the pharmacy to see when they would be ready. Bardstown pediatrics never answered the pharmacies call and they are now closed. My son has to run a fever with junk in his lungs even longer because they don’t know how to send in prescriptions. Will be switching doctors. So sad what used to be a good doctors office is ruined by the Bardstown staff."
