To have a patient sit in an exam room to be seen for over an hour and not be seen or acknowledged at all by the dr and only told 2 times he will be in here shortly and over 5 people taken back and seen and checkout while you sit snd twiddle your thumbs! As a CMA this practice is a JOKE"
