"I've been visiting this practice since 2018-2019 when I first moved here from out of state. Dr. Preen is an exemplary provider and motivated to ensure proper care is given to her patients. Our daughter born in 2020 was a high risk pregnancy, I'm confident that because of Dr. Preen's dedication and quick action, our daughter was born healthy. Now we're pregnant again and I'm being treated exactly how I was before, I'm elated. I've only had one questionable interaction with a staff member since being here and that was quickly rectified. Everyone has always been kind, courteous and helpful during my visits. I can't speak for other doctors here as I've largely seen Dr. Preen, but I'd recommend the office to anyone."

"I love my provider I see here. However there is this lady at the front desk that just blurts information out like it’s okay to give everyone in the office. She is also extremely rude and snarky. I said something about an outstanding balance that has already been paid and she just shoved me off and ignored me about it. Told me I needed to see someone else. Wouldn’t let the person know or anything. Not happy at all."

"I am happy with the care I received at this OB clinic during my pregnancy. As a first time mom, I asked a lot of questions and always got satisfy with the answers and explanations from doctor Henderson and Goble. Although, most of the time when I had a situation and called the office asking what to do, I was told to go to the ER instead of getting the nurses to contact my OB and get a solution."

"I am very upset with my experience with this pregnancy. I was scheduled 4 weeks ago to have an appointment today for an anatomy scan. I am only 18 weeks pregnant, and not ready for an anatomy scan. I just get a call today, the day of the appointment, telling me I have to reschedule my appointment for a later date. They made the error to begin with, and then wait 4 weeks to reschedule the appointment. I had to find a babysitter, and my husband wasted a vacation day for work because of this appointment. I will not be returning to this facility."

"I have been going here since 2008 and have only had one bad visit in all these years. I recently went for wanting my tubes removed and was ready for a fight I was surprised I didn’t have to. I have seen two Doctors Holt(everyday) and Barnes(while pregnant) I love them both."
