"This office at Elizabethtown is top notch! The front desk ladies Victoria and Rebecca are both so nice and helpful! So much better than where I have been going at the Dixie hwy one. The first and last impression is so important and the desk operators make that happen! I have left Dixie hwy appointment so frustrated MANY times due to having to deal with a terrible attitude from Denicha - (if I spelled that correctly) I changed the location of my appointments so I don’t have to deal with her anymore!!!!!! I’m so satisfied with the office at Elizabethtown! Dr Andres is great and the nurse along side him Heather Hardin is wonderful too! This whole office staff gives a welcoming feeling to your visit- just how it should be!!!!!!! I am sick a lot and suffer with pain . It feels good to have someone care about me! I don’t dread going into this office- I know that the people here are nice and concerned about making my day better. They have a smile and not in a grouchy , ill , moody ,hateful mood like the girl is at Dixie highway office is. I hope I never have to go back where she is and have to deal with her again! I do not trust her in my information or anything!!! I hate knowing that she even has access to my name , address or anything about me!!!!! She is not an asset for any dr office! You should reconsider having her on yalls team- I would imagine that if you research into it, you will find that your other employees dread having to deal with her as well !!! And I’m SURE that I’m not the only patient that she treats like trash-"

"My 1st appt here was a great experience.....staff was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable.....I saw Gwen APRN and she answered all the questions I had as a new patient. Since I transferred from another pain clinic from another state I didn't have alot of questions but she answered all that I had and told me what to expect...set me up for xrays and pt until we have the results from my xrays and my followup appt and then we will create a plan going forward as to how we will treat my pain. I am very happy I chose CAPIAL PAIN INSTITUTE to continue with my pain treatments going forward."
