"Took a single parent and their child to the splash park and play area. What fun they had! This is a wonderful place for children to come and play. All inclusive, providing a ramp for wheelchairs; swings to place a handicapoed child; climbing areas, slides. The splash park is perfect for little ones that are too small to join older kids. **Please accompany your children and make this a family affair. Older children are taunting younger ones, trying to intimidate and bully. Were it not for multiple adults telling them to stop or leave, it would have continued. ***The older children smarting off during our visit, continued to smart off to adults. Police were called. Parents, teach your children respect. If they cant control themselves, maybe they should be in summer school, working a job, volunteering or at home. Not bullying younger children. Thank you."

"Perfect for small children, not too big so kids wont get lost in a sea of people. It's also gated so you don't have to worry about your kids running off, if you have runners."

"Park Name: Hillview Park Location: Shepherdsville, Kentucky Hillview Park is a small park located in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. The park has a few slides, a swing set, a sandbox. There is also a picnic area with a few tables. I visited Hillview Park on a sunny afternoon with my family. We were looking for a place to take our kids to play, and Hillview Park was a great option. The park was clean and well-maintained, and the kids had a lot of fun playing on the slides and swing set. Overall, Hillview Park is a nice little park for families with young children. It's not the most exciting park, but it's a great place to let the kids run around and play."

"Splash pad is great. Clean and family friendly. Only complaint is the bathroom. Kinda rough. Has a big hole in the wall. New playground is really large. 3 stories. Lots of fun, but kind of intimidating for smaller kids."

"Amira had a ton of fun, alone, at this splash pad. As the rain drizzled, she continued to danced her heart out. This area is pleasantly secluded, well kept and camera secured. I highly recommend this park for families with special needs children. The quietness and compact size provides structure for transitioning into a new environment. Parents can watch, steps away, in a covered seating area. This was very useful, as I watched Amira play in the rain."
