"I would like to give zero stars. I went to this clinic feeling terribly sick.I was immediately talked to about doing a telehealth visit instead of being seen because they only had one physician there. I was tested for Covid, flu, and strep. My strep test was positive the dr said so i was given a prescription for an antibiotic and that was all. I can't tell you how bad I felt. I hadn't been sleeping or eating. My tonsils was so sore and my throat was so swollen you could see it from the outside. I was worse after taking the antibiotics not better. The next morning I contacted my drs office and luckily they got me in. My physician prescribed me steroids and gave me two shots in the office. Thank goodness! I am feeling so much better now! This place needs someone there to oversee what's going on. Look at all the bad reviews! I was also here once before and did not have a good experience with the dr. She didn't want to give me any antibiotics for a sinus infection! Change is necessary for this place to keep in business"

"The NP Kaylie is Amazing!!!!!!! My only issue was a Lady named Joy I'm unsure of her title I think she is a medical assistant or something, but she had to give me a steroid shot and she was very rude and didn't even properly do my injection. She did it in the wrong area causing unnecessary pain and had a very nasty attitude."

"This experience was pleasantly surprising. Most Urgent care physicians don’t care about you because they have so many patients to see per day. But today I felt seen and heard and was well taken care of. I appreciated the staff today and how quick they were. I had to do a review for the great service today!"

"We were checked in immediately for our daughter. Triaged right away. We came at 9pm, and they close at 9:30. The nurse already had notes from the provider before we left triage to run certain tests. We were immediately taken back to a room. We waited about 15 minutes (length of tests). Staff was courteous and immediately came in and explained everything. It took about 2-3 minutes to check us out. This was my 1st time here. It’s the fastest I’ve ever been seen at an urgent care. I like they were open til 9:30 instead of 8pm like everyone else. I highly recommend this facility!!!"

"It was such a beautiful experience the way they treated my sister and my mom when they had Covid, staff is wonderful, smiling very easy-going very helpful. They took good care of my mother and my sister very quick with no time and the doctor explained everything so well such a nice doctor I thank him so much, as much as I’ve been to our hospitals, I was never treated the way they treated me at this urgent care center. I love all the stuff. Thank you so much for the help. Thank you for helping my mother and getting us in and out very quick. I am very thankful."
