So then 5 minutes later, the Vet herself called us and was very rude and told me that I took up one of her slots and that they were going to charge me a canceling fee, and was just the rudest she could be. I will NEVER go to this place. If you're going to be rude to me and act like that, how would you be with my dog if she were to get scared? I'm not going to them so we can find out"
