Days Inn by Wyndham Lexington Southeast 5575 Athens Boonesboro Road, Lexington, KY 40509

"My room was clean overall, with the exception of gluey shoe prints in the tub from maintenance I guess. The TV would turn on but I couldn't get a picture. The fitness center was out of service, and the continental breakfast consisted of very unappetizing sausage patties on buns in cellophane, stuck in a mini fridge, with an orange flavored drink in a gallon jug, or some of what looked to be iced tea, but the container was very stained so I didn't try it. There were name brand cups of yogurt, but there were no utensils with which to eat it. The staff was very nice, but I would not stay here again, considering I paid over $90 for one weeknight."

"Coming from Ohio, I booked this motel for a three night stay. Looked clean, at first. However, while sitting on the bed, a giant roach ran right beside me on the bed.. I had my boyfriend double check, he killed it, then took it to the front desk, ans proof.. and we had to pack our stuff and leave at midnight for a new hotel. I have never been so grossed out in my life."

"I wanted to take this time to give a quick review about this Days inn. Our stay consisted of 2 night's. We had a small crew working in KY. I had agreed with the GM (Neel) that we were looking to work in KY for a couple of weeks. In addition, might be extending our stay weekly. When my crew checked in late. The double beds were not as big as we thought. According to the GM (Neel) they are described on the Days inn web as xxl full size beds. The truth is, having 2 full size adults in each bed was not going to happen. So, we checked out on the second night and went to a more comfortable hotel, which I am in my right to do so. Well, the GM felts it was ok to charge me for 3 night's! For our 8 rooms we had. In a phone conversations with him, I felt this was unprofessional; and in no condition was right. I truly felt he was bothered, because we did not follow with our stay. And this was a way of getting back to us. The comfort of my crew is always a priority. If this was not working out; as a place of business, should understand. I do not recommend this to any company staying in this Days inn located in Lexington KY."

"Always a pleasure dealing with the front desk staff. I am always looking for hotels with smoking rooms and the smoking rooms here are never smell bad, you may need to bring some cleaning wipes, just to make sure you’re safe with COVID. The cleaning manager can be rude. You better be out of your room by 10:50 because she will be beating the door down at 10:55."

"It's a bit outdated, and has plenty of holes in the comforters on the bed. It was a decent kind of clean, but could've been cleaner. I was told by the only friendly employee I met that breakfast was served from 6-9. At 8:30, there was no breakfast of any kind, and instead of replenishing a few things (BECAUSE BREAKFAST ISNT OVER UNTIL 9) the woman working was moving very fast to get things cleaned up and out of the way. Instead of being rude when 2 MORE individuals entered and asked about breakfast, she simply just ignored everyone, then turned and went into the back. If you're just passing through, it's not that bad. If you need to stay awhile, I recommend staying somewhere else."
