"Have a wonderful time at this hidden jewel in Saint Matthews at The Mall Saint Matthews in Louisville, Kentucky. Tickets are always available! The seating is especially comfortable and staff has always been plentiful, friendly, and have always gone above and beyond to ask you if there is anything they can do to make your experience the best they can give you! I have always found the theater and it's restrooms, lobby, and concessions sparkling clean."
"Saw the Color Purple here. Cudn't locate my ticket from my cell. Even though there was a line, cashier did not stop til he helped me find it. THAT'S good customer service!"
"Went to a 9:20 showing on a Monday evening. Attendants at the snack bar were very friendly and helpful. Popcorn was a bit blah though. We bought tickets ahead of time online with the premium membership - which was worth it just for the first visit in terms of what we saved overall. Great seats in the theatre. Good sound. We will be back."
"So easy to order Tix online. My boys opted to save the convenience fees and pay at the counter. Comfortable and great sounds and seats. The seats we chose were not reclining. The theatre wasn't full, so switched to other seats that did. Clean and friendly."
"Easy to pay and access theatre. Always clean when I visit. Bar seems to always be closed to the point where I don’t know why it’s even there. Food and snack prices are expensive but that’s at almost every theatre in America . The chairs are comfortable . Even the standard rooms chairs are comfy even tho they don’t come with the food/snack tray. Concession line seems to be longer and take more time than it should. Some more training and proper planning could prevent such long waits at this theatre but I’ve never missed the beginning of a movie because of it so it’s not the worlds worst. I enjoy visiting the theatre and will continue to do so"
