Best Western Central City

"Rudest night cleark I have ever had displeasure of speaking with. Listed as a 4 star was a joke. Pool running full of warm water and CLOSED. When I asked was told closed in 2020???? One reason I booked. SURPRISE!! I HAVE MEDICAL PROBLEMS THAT REQUIRE WATER EXERCISE!! I was there for a family high profile funeral. Was awaken every morning by slamming mop buckets against my wall."

"The breakfast was good except for the size of the juice containers, you had to get at least four to make a small glass full. House keeping did keep the room nice. My biggest complaint would be the mattress, it felt like I was sleeping on a box spring with a thin mattress cover. I would have given four or five stars if the mattress was better, I had to sleep on it for four nights making for not so good sleep."
