"Ordered single topping pizza and wings at 5:07pm. Told it would be 25 to 30 minutes for delivery. At 6:15 (over an hour later) I called them to check on the status of my delivery. They said it hadn't been sent out yet, and should be to my house by 6:45 (another 30 minutes! ; BTW, I live about 7 minutes from the store). Instead of offering any discount on the order (even on a future order) the Manager said she'd cancel the order. She never once apologized for my experience, never. I won't order from them again."

"This use to be a good pizza hut. Use to be good. Not now, I give it 1 star. An really it's not all staffs fault,but some is. I watched a woman go out smoke a cigarette kiss her husband or boyfriend and walk back in and get pizza ready never washed hands touched to go orders and pick ups. Then a door dash driver layed pizza on side walk and 1 on hood to open her door. An thats when i was done with this Pizza Hut. Domt touch my food unless you wash your hands. I got up and left my pizza setting. That was last time I ordered anything. That was few months back. Alot of blame is a corporate problem though. And the reason had to get rid salad bar is cause nobody was coming in the restaurant. Even after Covid restrictions. An I understand why too now and use to be clean. An a good place to eat. Even after opened inside dining. They stopped delivering and 3 different orders have been messed up. Before and after. The 1st was on Pizza Hut and they said they would fix it,but refused and wouldn't do 2nd delivery even though they forgot an entire pizza on a 5 pizza order. An then said they would and hour later they delivered a cold cold pizza. After that Door came threw door dash was cold and took 2 hours to get food in total. Then 2nd door dash delivery the pizza had been flipped upside down or onits side."
