"Very close to downtown. However, so rundown and bathroom filthy. The toilet was almost full of urine, the tub had so much black in it, it looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in months. Connecting door to another room only had a table - with a VERY OLD 24" projection tv- in front to block it. The overhead light was just a cord with a bulb hanging down and when switch was turned on that didnt work! No lamps or anything!"
