"The prices and selection here are certainly decent but the service kind of sucks. This one guy in particular, whether I'm on the phone with him or asking him a question in person, he seems to get off on being condescending toward me. The first couple of times I let it slide, 'cause everyone has bad days, whatever. But after it kept happening I realized... that's just his personality. So yeah, from now on I'll spend my money where people can at least pretend like they're capable of being nice."
