"Taste of the food, service and atmosphere are all fantastic. A very nice outdoor patio as well for seating, however, if it’s cold, you will have to eat in the car instead or just take it home. The only thing that I could not digest well about this place is the price of their sandwich. At almost $12 for one sandwich, I thought it was a bit inflated. My assessment is that the sandwiches should be about $9.99 a piece or less. Don’t get me wrong, they are very good, they’re just not $12 good."

"Delicious large portions! Fresh, hot, and packaged nicely. This spot allows you to order yourself at the kiosk, or online scanning a QR code. Pick up orders were flying through as we sat to eat there, so they stay busy. Iced coffee was really good and there was half & half, plus, oat milk, artificial sweetener, straws and lids are available for customers use at any time. They have cold water available for customers too! Order at the kiosk, wait to hear your name, eat Nd enjoy! Benches and barstool seating available on grass turf with plenty of shading and fans!"

"BIRD BIRD BISCUIT IS A MUST TRY!!! :-) This was my first time to try Bird Bird biscuit. I must say that this is the best Chicken Biscuit I’ve ever had!!! I tried the Queen Beak, which is absolutely delicious!! The chicken is moist on the inside, crispy on the outside. And the biscuit was melt-in-your-mouth amazing! And the honey with chipotle mayo is the perfect touch to an outstanding biscuit! I also had the strawberry lemonade, which was refreshing and not overly sweet or tangy. The customer service here is exceptional. Shout out to Haley, at the W Koenig location, who greeted me and brought my food out. She is helpful, kind, polite and friendly, and went above and beyond to make my experience great! I can’t wait to come back and try the other chicken biscuits!!!"

"Bird Bird Biscuit is phenomenal! The biscuits are airy and hold the chicken well, they aren’t overly dry or crumbly. The chicken is delicious and juicy, I highly recommend the spicy chicken. My go to is the Queen Beak. Everything on the menu is delicious! If you’re like me, you know an egg elevates any sandwich, and they offer the option to add an egg to any sandwich! I recommend ordering ahead online. The outside patio area is lovely to sit in while eating but in the summer I recommend eating in the car. It’s too hot in Austin!"
