"I first talked to Ryan Stocker on the phone about bedroom furniture- I knew what I wanted and he took the time to look around the floor to see what they had that fit my parameters. He gave me the names of the collections and I was then able to look online. When I went to the store two days later (I knew he’d be working) he showed me another set that was closer to the style I wanted and he worked it out so I got a great price, too! "We had a great experience purchasing from Ashley Furniture in Lexington. We always make our furniture purchases here and we are always happy. We had a lot of items that we needed to furnish our new home and they handled our large order with ease. Our salesperson was very friendly and helpful. When we placed our order, we weren’t quite sure when our house would be finished and ready for furniture. Once the furniture was all ready for delivery, they held it all until we were ready (which was a good amount of time). The two men that delivered our furniture were very kind and patient. Our address routes people to the incorrect place and they were so patient in trying to find the correct location. They did make two marks on our wall when bringing in our couch; HOWEVER, they were upfront and honest about it. They called for me to come look at it instead of hiding it. Accidents happen and the honesty is what mattered most to us. We also bought a sectional for our basement. The delivery men told me they didn’t think we could make it down the stairs with it (and it was muddy from days of rain to walk or drive around to the basement door with it). I asked them if they could try. They did and although it didn’t work, they still were very patient and kind. I highly recommend purchasing from Ashley."
