Munger Square Child Care

"I am writing this review to share my deeply frustrating experience with Munger Square Child Care. Back in April 2022, I visited the daycare to enroll my son. I was assured that he was added to their waiting list, and I promptly paid the required deposit. However, the first red flag appeared when I called in August to check on the status of his enrollment. To my dismay, I was informed that he had never been placed on the waiting list. Despite this significant oversight, they promised to give him first priority. Unfortunately, September came and went without any update or admission for my son. The situation worsened when I requested a refund of my deposit. Since then, it's been a continuous cycle of empty promises and delays. It's now 2024, and I am yet to receive my deposit back. This situation has not only caused inconvenience but also a significant amount of stress and frustration. I find the lack of accountability and professionalism at Munger Child Care extremely concerning. Their inability to manage something as fundamental as a waiting list and their failure to keep their word or process a simple refund is unacceptable. This experience has led me to question their trustworthiness and competence in handling the more critical aspects of childcare. To potential clients considering Munger, I strongly advise caution based on my experience. The level of unprofessionalism and disregard for commitments that I have encountered is not what any parent should expect when entrusting the care of their child to a professional establishment."

"My children went here and it was such a wonderful place. I recommend it to new parents all the time. The staff are incredible! They went out of there way to help me after I had my second child. I was really sad to see that someone gave it one star. I understand that everyone is busy. But I appreciate the hours of visitation as they don't want to disturb the children. The afternoon is nap time, and the last thing they need are doors opening and disturbing the children. This is then followed by afternoon pickup from parents - again a busy time of day and not good for tours. I was not able to comment on the One star review, hence why I am writing this one. But I have to agree with the reviewer that the point of daycare is to provide care during the DAY! And hopefully they will appreciate that this child care center wants the best for the children that attend it."
