"I don't even want to give one star. How is it that they out a girl out on the floor that knows nothing about color or roller set? Kelli Taylor her name,Left gobs of color in my hair, had her to rewash, then she didn't put any conditioner in it. She didn't even know how to roller set. She needed help from another girl Malia to help her roll my hair. Then more nightmare she rolled my hair with mousse foam .instead of styling foam. My hair was so gummy andsticky. I had another appointment couldn't stay to redo .This was awful . A good thing it wasn't relaxer. The teachers are too busy and having their hair done!Will never ho again!"
"Just showed up for my 10am “appointment” only to find the school is closed. I’ve been calling since 9am to confirm my appointment but no one answered. This isn’t the first time this has happened so that’s why I’ve been calling since 9am. They claimed something is wrong with their phone lines before. How about call the phone company and get your business phone lines fixed. How about if the school is closing for whatever reason, look in the appointment book and call clients before they drive from 25 minutes away in the rain!!!! Poor customer service!"
