"If I could give 0 stars I would. My stylist was Alex. I came in asking for a short trim to cut off my dead ends. I had told Alex how I hadn’t gotten a hair cut in years because of a time someone cut off all my hair without me wanting many years ago. She proceeded to do the exact same thing. She cut off about an inch (took her very long to do so which made me nervous) then she said that we were done. When I pulled my hair in front the left side of my hair was an inch longer than the right side!!!!!! So then I told her that and she proceeded to cut off 2 more inches, while it was still uneven!!!!! She was the worst!!! She would not be able to cut hair anymore. I left with one side longer than the other and about three inches of hair cut off when I only wanted 1. She also told me that she went to hair school which was very hard to believe. I am so unhappy with my hair! I’m having to go to an actual salon to get it fixed. Never going here again and I hope no one does. I spent 26 dollars on this stupid haircut. I want my money back!!!"

"Very disappointed in two tween haircuts. Stylist did not listen to me, instead, asked the 11 and 12 yr old what they wanted. Did only a "dusting" . I told her it had been over a year since both had haircuts and they needed shaped and allover. She completely ignored me. Then I was charge a DOUBLE tip! She rudely rushed to the next customer when I hesitated looking at my bill. I paid $52 for two haircuts that I could have easily done myself. Completely unacceptable. Only stylist in salon."

"Use online checkin to get in and out quickly. These ladies took such great care of me and my son, he is a little high strung around scissors but they made him feel so comfortable, and we both got great haircuts at the same time. I did not have to sit and hold his hand."

"My daughter and I went here to get our hair cut and thinned out. My daughters stylist did an excellent job mine however did not. I asked her to cut and thin out my hair. I think I was in her chair for maybe 10 minutes at the most. My daughter went first and it took about 10 minutes before I was taken. I was done at the same time as my daughter. My stylist basically combed my hair down into my back and shoulders and then hacked it. She did not even attempt to style at all , using her blow dryer to blow hair off her and her area the whole time. She did not thin it out nor cut it even. I had to trim several pieces myself later to make it even. I felt as if she one didn’t know how to cut my hair and two was in a hurry to get me out of her chair. I have been here before and been happy with my cut however this time I left upset and angry. I didn’t attempt to have her fix it because to be honest I didn’t want her to touch it anymore. She obviously didn’t listen to what I wanted and just wanted to be done for the day."
