During the winter storm in February 2021, they came to those waiting outside in line and asked what everyone needed then confirmed on the spot whether they had it or were getting more on order. Depending on the part they don't have as much as a big chain store (ex: PVC check valve or rubber pipe insulation) but have way better service and knowledge."
