"So so so glad I found this place! I don’t have experience with massage as this was my first time but I will definitely be back for more! Sarah did an AMAZING job on me! She approached with a mixture of techniques personalized just for me. I have chronic anxiety and stress and it has caused my body to stay so tense and locked up all the time so I’m constantly in pain. I walked away feeling like a brand new person and so relaxed and my mind felt at peace. I also used the infrared sauna for 30 minutes before my massage. The sauna itself felt great to my body and I believe it enhanced the massage even more. She included aromatherapy during my massage with the scent of peace, between that and the soothing music it really brought peace to my mind.
