"The owner Ashley completely saved my hair! I had just gone to fantastic sams here in Georgetown to get my blonde hair retouched and they completely ruined it! It had been BLEACHED twice and was so damaged. I called Rooted Salon the next day hoping to get it fixed. They had no available appointments, but when I told Ashley what happened she offered to stay after when she was going to get off work just to fix my hair. Immediately everyone in there was so nice and welcoming. She took the time to figure out how to best fix my hair and reassured me throughout the whole process. Attached are before and after pictures of when I came in and when I left. My hair felt so healthy and refreshed and she gave me a great price! Very personable and I could tell they take pride in doing hair and making sure their clients are happy. Highly recommend :)"
