"I have had two experiences here and both have been less than desirable. The first time I made an appointment here I showed up and was told the hairdresser was not there as she was getting tested for Strep but would be in after... (not sure I want someone sick cutting my hair) The staff then proceeded to all hang out in the employee room and I waited about 10 minutes past my appointment time and asked when she would be in and I was told she was not coming in and they were trying to figure out what to do. I waited for another 15 mins in the lobby while the employees were back in the employee room chatting. I walked back for another update and finally the owner said "I guess I will just cut your hair" which in my opinion should have been done from the start as I was the only person waiting. All this with no apology. However, the haircut I received was good, so I gave them another shot recently. I had an 11:30 appointment with the owner. I showed up 5 minutes early and was told she was late and that there was another person waiting for her in front of me. I was not given a time frame for how long. She finally showed up 10 minutes past my appointment and started to serve the client that was waiting ahead of me. Seemed like business as usual though as I again received no apology or details. While this was happening another hair dresser finally came out and offered for someone else to cut my hair so I didn't have to wait so long. I was on my lunch break and could not afford to be gone for an extended period so I took the opportunity. However, this time the haircut I received was not nearly as good as the first time. It did not look like the picture I showed her and the "blend" was very choppy. I could see each different length. Several times when she asked if it was good enough I asked for her to shorten it up and blend it in better but finally had to leave and go back to work as I had been there over an hour already. Unfortunately I would not trust this salon with my hair nor my time."
