"Ordered an item online for my husband, because my order was from an ad on IG it links with your IG email. When ordering I was given a choice to ship to a local store to prevent shipping fee's, so I chose this store in Round Rock, apparently if you don't pick it up in 5 days, literally only 5 days ....then they cancel it and send the item back. That is the dumbest policy I have ever heard of. It was receieved when I was out of town so it got sent back. Someone called me about it the day before it was going to be sent back, i had no idea this was a thing and I asked if they can hold it longer and I was told "no". I'm sorry that is a horrible system...... Plus on top of that I have yet to receive my refund for the item either. I was told "you get emails about this" well I rarely look at my IG email, it gets nothing but spam there that's why I use it for social media. - Would not recommend this store very disappointing"

"Spent $60+ and at checkout declined to give out my phone number and was given eye rolls and sighs while the cashier wrote my total on a sticky note. I explained I'd had identity theft and asked if it was a metric the company grades their employees on. Was literally lectured on how I was denying lunches to hungry children. Tried to call the store to talk to a supervisor, it went straight to voicemail. So I will not be returning."

"The store manager Eddie was so friendly and nice. He told me and a friend to do the survey on the bottom of the reciept, but there wasn't one so I came on here. My friend pointed out that he was previously an assistant manager at a different Boxlunch before this one opened. So congratulations on the promotion Eddie, you deserve it! The store was very kept up and clean. Will definitely be checking this location in the Round Rock outlet mall more often☺"
