"My son gets off work and sometimes gets a breakfast. Every single time I go in to use the restroom I have to clean the stall. And Every single time there's and employee coming out with me that does not wash their nasty hands. YALL ARE DISGUSTING. It's never the same employee either."
"I get mistakes can happen. But when an employee laughs in your face and tells you you’re wrong and can’t comprehend it’s ridiculous. I had a simple issue with the order not going through the app but it took the money and is pending. I completely understand the money will stay pending but I wanted to make sure the money would go back on my card since I don’t get the order. She said it wouldn’t because it never came out of my account and it did. Well I said ma’am, you’re looking at it, I just want to verify it’ll go back to my card and she literally started laughing in my face, shaking her head, and mumbling under her breath. Yes, I called the number on the window, they were extremely polite and helpful. However, this older black lady maybe in her late 40s or early 50s with gold/silver teeth needs to learn customer service. Not once was I rude to her. I spend a lot of money at this location and will continue to go here. They just really need to learn customer service."
"Going out of town and stopped by here in drive thru after waiting in a spot for people who pick up online orders we get our food. And end up with a burned up McMuffin and we had already drove off. They too in a hurry to get your order and not in a rush to send out orders. On the plus side the lady at the window looked like Ronald McDonald so I guess it was worth the stop."
"I'm sorry to say this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to I don't see how they stay open with rude employees and managers who are disrespectful and lazy. Come 12 they don't care what they serve you at all. I will never eat at this nasty place ever again. I highly recommend that no one else does either!!!! I had to give it a star but if it was on here I would give it a -100 never eat here unless you like eating trash!!!!"
