"Worse experience ever. Staff rude and unprofessional. Very unorganized! 15 year olds/kids are what you want to call “staff” have no idea how to treat people or “customers”. Showed up for Birthday party, had everything decorated and was told we would have to move down stairs for 20 minutes and come back up?! Umm no, that’s got gonna happen. Staff were rude, one was walking around BARE FOOTED with no socks or shoes on but wants to be rude. Told my daughter we couldn’t have the socks that she paid for and my grandson was supposed to get a shirt. He got one but they told us they “only had one left, and I guess you can have this one”… really? So it fits like a night gown! I never one saw staff clean anything. Disgusting place. All “staff” was piled up in an office on their phones instead of being an employee trying to take care of customers"
"My kids have a good time here but why can I never buy a drink/ snack for my kids and get back normal change. I was offered 3 dollars worth of dimes today and the staff let me know the "owner is lazy and hasn't gotten them any more chaa to make change woth after repeatedly asking him"."
"Dirty bathrooms with pee everywhere. Adults can’t even set foot anywhere near trampolines let alone even hop a single time. Good luck marking sure your under 4 year old doesn’t get into trouble. Arcade doesn’t work half the time and is more expensive than any place I’ve seen. No reason to have such high prices for games that don’t dispense tickets for prizes. This place used to be a lot better. Adults could jump. Won’t be back. Suggestions: train your staff to check the restrooms every 45 minutes or at the end of a jumping cycle. Get insurance or whatever you have to do to let adults jump. If you need to, enforce no tricks or flips for adults, but at least let us play with our kids. Sell an hour pass to play all non prize arcade games unlimited for a reasonable rate."
"Fun times again. We had a large group ..over 28 from our church and they got us all checked in, bracelets and socked up in less than 15 min! Great staff attitudes and kids all had fun!"
"When it's too hot outside or just been raining all day take your kids to are you and turn them loose. Love this place great for all ages sometimes a little crowded but it is what it is. They do great birthday parties. And the staff is always helpful"
