"Patti is the best!! She was patient and helped us find the right fit for our needs. When our bed was supposed to be delivered we had a pretty bad experience with customer service. We were put of town unexpectedly for a funeral but had a friend on stand by to go to the house when we got the 1 hour before arrival curtisy call. That call never came and the tech came and went without a word. That's life it happens. What blew me away was that when my wife called in to reschedule they hung up on her multiple times because she asked that they didn't push it out another month. See we already moved our bed before we went out of town for the funeral so this would mean we would be sleeping on couches for a month. I called Patti because she was pur only good experience with the company and she did everything she could to help. Again I can't reccomend Patti enough. Customer service called back and did make things right. Thank you Patti and the Georgetown store!"
"I have had received exceptional customer service from your very prompt and friendly customer sales representative when I visited your new location in Georgetown!!! I was looking to purchase a soft liner addition to put on top of my sleep number adjustable bed that we purchased three years ago!!! Your sales representative was very knowledgeable in showing to my wife and myself the bed liners for we had made a purchase a liner at your Sleep Number store!!!
