"Even as the hotel abuts the very busy I-35 interstate, it was very quiet and traffic was not obtrusive."

"Nice clean rooms. Good location but our room 331 there was literally a fire alarm every night at 8:22 pm every night it was horrible and scared us! Otherwise it was a nice hotel and stay."

"Service here is trash! This hotel supposedly canceled my reservation (without letting me know) and i paid in advance. I arrived to check in and the front desk and guy at the desk said, my reservation was canceled and he had tried to call me several times (which was a lie because I never got that phone call or email). He said all the rooms were full so there was nothing he could do. When I checked online it never said reservation canceled and till this moment I have not received my refund or a receipt of the cancelation or anything at all. I have a baby and a toddler and it was 11pm and we had to go search for something available. Everything was full so we ended up paying 300 for a room for not even a whole night stay at a different hotel (which service was great). The guy at the desk was having all kinds of trouble with the customers. My sister was able to get checked in after also having trouble with them not having the room she had paid for and reserved. She said the hotel was dirty and showers are disgusting and old. Someone even went inside their room while they were sleeping at 7am (to clean). I Do Not recommend this place because of their horrible service starting at front desk."

"Very unhappy with my stay, my room smelled strongly of smoke and I couldn't even sleep or breathe well. I complained twice but there were no more rooms available for that weekend, the mattress was very uncomfortable and the bathtub had no curtain, so all the water came out of the shower. I oversleep because I went to the ACL festival, I only request for extra 20 min after 11 am, and the FD told me that the room was taken, so I decided to leave no later than 11:30 am, even when I'm a gold member and also all the club members are able to check out at 2 pm per IHG rewards, I didn't want to ask for anything else and decided to leave, I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all."

"Arrived at hotel and the first room that I was given smelled strong of dog urine. Second room was supposed to be a sweet and is definitely not. I thought this location had pool/spa, I was shocked to find out they didn't serve breakfast but all they have is a small concession with snacks only. Beds are definitely needing replacement. I have stayed at many candlewood suite locations but this one I will not visit a second time."
