"Great service, efficient and very friendly. Both of our girls love the place, the playground, the car shaped chairs and we got in and out much quicker than we expected. We got there earlier than our appointment was booked and even though we had to wait they took care of us and communicated with us to let us know that we would be taken care of. Overall, I was impressed with how effortless it was, I was expecting two crying toddlers and a very dramatic scene but the staff made the experience much more enjoyable and pleasant. My girls didn’t make a big fuss."

"We accidentally came in as walk ins (will make an appt next time), but because they weren’t busy they were able to accommodate us.. honestly the best experience my 3yo has had with a haircut so far and I’m beyond happy with how it looks! She followed my directions perfectly and interacted with my son really well especially when he was unsure about the clippers around his ears and neck. Such a great experience and we will be back!"

"We have been going to this location for years and it has steadily gone downhill due to staff turnover. We will never return. My son got the worst haircut of his life right before his school pictures. Not only was the haircut bad but my son complained numerous times that the clippers were hurting him and the woman cutting his hair chided him and told him he was not being hurt. For reference, he's 9 years old and has never complained about clippers hurting him. At the end of the haircut I pointed out a section that needed additional trimming and she told me I just needed to comb it differently."
