"I have been training on and off for about 30 years (in different disciplines) now and I have to say that this kid program is awesome. I have 3 kids that attend (2 in the same class) and they all love the instructors and are always excited to go. As for the adults I think there is a great mix of classes and skill levels and everyone is always friendly and willing to help each other. The instructors explain the drills well and are very knowledgeable and it is well structured and not a free for all. I have referred a few friends now and we will continue to keep coming back. Great exercise and skill building."
