"Had appt at 3:17, at 3:25 taken to a room. Nurse said 2 patients ahead! at 4:40 I stepped out to make sure they did not forget about us. 1 of the ladies that worked in the front came to our room and said at least another 30 minutes and would I like to reschedule!?! Bad attitude as well!! Reschedule for what, I have a sick child. And to come back to wait another 3 hours. Please do yourself a favor and don't take your child to urgent care for kids in the Woodlands Texas. This place is so unorganized and obviously needs another doctor!!!!"

"We have been here quite a few times with our little one. The ladies at the front desk are helpful, and the nurse practitioners (hi, Bridget and Sue!) are always fantastic. It could be kept up better, and painted, but we can always get an appointment right when we need it and are never kept waiting long. Their app, SOLV, is very easy to use and you can do in-office or telehealth visits. This clinic has been such a lifesaver! We can’t get in to see our PCP without a week’s notice. So, we use this urgent care all the time and love it!"

"I could not get an appointment with my child’s pcp on a Friday. This clinic is the only pedi urgent care that is open before 4pm on a weekday so I reserved a spot online. Right at 9:30am a nurse practitioner called to touch base on the issue. There was no wait at that time, the physician was quick to see us and very thorough in her examination. Wonderful experience. 10/10 Would recommend."

"While the service was great the place is disgusting and filthy! There was another person’s hair on the table and leftover wrapper from an alcohol swab. We were one Of the first of the day. The place has a stale smell not a clean smell you get at most healthcare facilities. The floors have not been mopped in a long time. I will not return because of unsanitary practices. The peeling paint and destroyed trim are horrible."

"Almost 3 hours, I have to leave this place…Waiting time was over 2 hours, I reserve a spot at 12:45. Arrive at 12:20 and got to see the dr at 3 pm with my sick son. Maybe 3 families when I arrive there… system was down when it was my turn, so I fill up all paperwork by hand but other people were arriving and go before me, I think bc I was doingpaperwork by hand it took longer to receive the service…. Staff just tell you about broking bones, people that have respiratory problems NOBODY WAS HAVING THAT PROBLEMS IN THE WAITING ROOM… the place is really dirty I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Zero stars should be an option. A kid sick with chills in a cold waiting room and then waiting time in the room"
