"Great spot for a date night, but I would highly recommend coming during a weekday to avoid kid parties on the weekend. The staff was super nice, helpful, and had the patience of saints! It was pretty easy to set up and start working on a project, and we were happy with our results! We will be back to try painting again since our first time took us longer than expected. For bigger projects, I would budget 3+ hours."
"We celebrated our daughters birthday and it was a success! It was a Saturday afternoon and the studio was full, I was kind of worried. But, since we enter the studio the attention and help that we received from the beginning to end was amazing from the girls (the staff). Customer service was so sweet and super attentive to everyone. I Definitely recommended it to celebrate a special occasion in a place that helps create the best memories for your love ones."
"The prices are fair considering the new cost & limitations of clay bricks. 4 stars because it was my first time and I was super confused about everything- no instructions were given unless I asked about each thing.I've been to many art studios, the morning staff here are a little too aloof to the point where its just rude/unwelcoming, even for a laid back place. You would guess they were volunteers or visitors, not paid employees. The staff in the afternoon are much more attentive to people coming in, cleaning tables, and helping people out- the afternoon staff is overall great. Morning staff is not good at all. If you go, go in the afternoon. There is a huge difference in the service and the atmosphere is warmer/friendlier."
"Relaxing place for all ages. Staff is friendly and helpful. The price you pay is $5 fee for use of studio & paint + object you select to paint. There are price ranges so you have options how much you want to spend. Pick up your paint within a window time frame. They have been good about staying on track. Gift cards available for gift givers."
"My daughter & I drove the 3.5 hours each way in the pouring raining from ATX to HTX Mother’s Day weekend to come to the cute pottery shop in the woodlands. I paid extra to have the items express shipped to me ($90). I called MULTIPLE (15 I believe?) times asking for an update, asking for a manager, asking for the owner ANYTHING, just someone to give me an update. Finally after MONTHS the owner finally reached out to me (after I messaged, commented on social media not including all the calls and voicemails) and she said their shipping employee was not longer with the business and had abandoned packages at the post office, owner was unaware until she started researching. I was advised she was refunding me and she would pick up my package and resend it. Guess what I STILL have not gotten? It’s been nearly FIVE MONTHS. I didn’t just spend the $90 to the company… again this was what my daughter wanted to do for Mother’s Day, this was my Mother’s Day gift, I also spend the time on a hotel, gas, food and everything else on top of the many hours… just to not have the product we paid for? This is absurd, AWFUL AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICE. I hope everyone sees this review, I will be posting it everywhere I can. Update 1/8/2023 - I FINALLY received the mugs in November, my review doesn’t change. Honestly the owner still hasn’t reached out to discuss the review."
