"We are budget travelers and have stayed happily in Motel/Studio 6 locations before, but this location looks like it's been rode hard and put away wet. Cannot recommend this place even for a budget one-night stay. Staff was helpful enough, but this place is need of repairs, renovation, and serious deep cleaning. The recent "remodel" seems to consist solely of newer furniture that poorly fits the room. TV console half-covers adjoining room door and bed headboard seems to be for a king bed even though the only seemed to have double and queen beds in them. The room floor was filthy. Shortly after arrival we spilled some water on the floor and the cloth was black when we wiped it up. Also stepped in gum on the kitchen floor Didn't shower because the bathtub looked so gross. It was full of what looked like paint/caulk residue, years of hardwater residue, and the surface was chipping off into the drain. Bathroom sink was barely functional- the faucet aerator seemed clogged so water came out in just a couple high pressure needles. Air in the room felt damp even though we ran the A/C all night and didn't use the shower. Bedding and towels appeared clean, but mattress was stained and dirty. Coffee maker was MIA, as was ironing equipment. Seems to be more of an "extended stay" rent by the week/month sort of hotel."

"Stayed 1 night saw some roaches. The water was not hot. Had to go to the office to get toilet paper because there was less than half a roll. The refrigerator was noisy had to unplug it. The room didn't have a fresh clean smell. I mentioned the roaches and was given a can of insect spray to spray them."

"I rented a room for a few days here. I should have read all the reviews, but of course I didn't. Place is infested with Roaches they come out at all hours of the day and no hot water. The lady in the front desk told me I could spray something for the Roaches. Meaning I could go buy something and spray medicine if they were bothering me that much. It didn't matter that I had already paid a few hundreds to stay in this dump. I tried to get rent something but because it was New Year's week everything was booked. Think twice about staying here. Not unless you don't mind sleeping with Roaches and no hot water. They charge a pretty penny and to have no one care where the people sleep is a big problem and customer service is out the window in this place. It was a older lady in the front desk. She could careless that I had Roaches or no hot water."

"Bed was clean and front desk staff were friendly. The bathroom had no hot water and the shower was continuously running. The floors had insect droppings (probably roaches). We stayed at this spot before with no trouble - this was a much different experience. Spend the extra $5 with a competitor."

"Love the staff and the location is perfect for my needs. Have stayed here many times over the last 6 months and have had 99% awesome experiences. Very well lit and have night security to keep us safe. Nancy, Frank, Judy and Elsa (she is soooo cute) are all amazing in the front office. All friendly and always greet with a smile and address me by name. Love this location!"
