"Teachers are really nice. However, overall dissatisfied, My son's classroom smelled like mold. My daughter is two years old and almost every day when I picked her up, after 4:30 she was mixed up with a group of kids aging from 2 year olds- to about 12 years old. There was only one teacher supervising about 10 kids. I personally do not feel okay with that. I told them my kids' last day was a Friday, because they will be attending a new daycare that Monday. Somehow, they charged me for Monday even though my kids didn't attend, and I gave them my two weeks' notice. Everything was misunderstood, and there was no clarification. All the teachers knew it was my children's last day and no one informed the director Jessica Davison apparently and I was charged for that Monday. I'm definitely glad we switched daycares."

"I love this facility and everyone who works there I really appreciate everything they do for my son they make him feel at home and like family one thing I can say about this facility is that they are very prideful in their name when it comes to KINDERCARE on Nacogdoches I know my son is safe loved and that they will do the best that they can for him . They're learning programs are so advanced that my son comes home learning different so much they treat the children as their own. I would never pick another daycare other than this specific one, because of the type of care they give to the children."

"I LOVE this daycare! My youngest daughter of 3 has been going here for about 9 months now and she loves going. She is a school age kid so on days off from school that the daycare is open, she is happy to go. Miss Jessica and the other Teachers are friendly and welcoming and love the kids. They send pictures of the kids during fun activities on the app and it helps to see her having fun after being away from her during the day."
