"We had a wonderful experience here. We came in with our toddler who experienced her first real goose egg, and these folks worked with us graciously. We knew going in that we were probably overthinking it and panicking, but these guys calmed us down almost immediately. Our nurse, Celisse, explained absolutely everything we could possibly have questions about, even including HAPPILY answering all our random curiosity questions pertaining to the crash cart, the earbuds in the iPad container, etc. She did an amazing job with our baby, who prior, would lose her mind in an ER. Now I failed to catch her name, but the doctor on shift was INCREDIBLE. All in all, an absolutely lovely experience. 10/10 service. Thank you to all at this ER."
"Dr. Chloe Woodington didn't even care to test my kids for flu or strep. Her professional reccomendation was only to treat them with Tylenol for fever. She didn't check why they had fever. Instead she gave me her sarcastic personal opinion."
"Here is my bill from being dehydrated and receiving one bag of saline. They did not even hydrate me properly, I was so out of it though I could not advocate for my own care. They told me they gave me pain killers in my saline when I asked why it was necessary because all I needed was to be hydrated…they said it was standard. So because I was numbed from that I did not realize I still was left with a throbbing headache for 4 days due to them not actually solving the one issue I went in for. On top of this…here is my bill. They did tests that were unnecessary….i had not drank alcohol I just was outside playing tennis in 105 degree heat this past summer and out at the river earlier in the day. Plain and simple heat stroke. They were given this info…still they tested me for the flu and who knows what else…only to put on my records that I had a headache that was unexplained. What a joke these doctors are for almost $10,000 spent in one hour of being in their location. Peed in a cup, had one blood draw, and one bag of saline. They charged that much….had I not been insured my bill would have been the full amount. But lucky for me my insurance company has limits of what they can charge and the bill came down to $2,000. Be aware if you don’t have insurance! They will bend you over and not even treat the issue you came in for."
"If I could rate this 0 starts I would definitely do it. I was feeling terrible and decided to get checked and a nurse name angel was one of the worse nurses I have ever seen. She was acting sarcastic and even making remarks on what I did for living since I am a nurse. I was here as a patient not as a professional. I was waiting for over two hrs and no update or swabs on anything. After I ask her if I was getting swab or what kind of treatment she was making a whole drama of this telling her other coworkers. I ask to speak to her higher ups and she said there was nobody there higher than her. Terrible care for someone that is not feeling well and having to put up with this type of attitude!"
"My husband brought me for severe acute pain associated with a kidney stone. Overall it was a good experience, a wheelchair was brought out to help get me in, there was no wait, and it didn’t take very long for me to get IV pain medications, which brought me relief, which I was very thankful for. The nurse who took my CT was very nice. But when I first arrived the nurses that got me into the bed were sort of impatient and seemed confused by how I was acting and having difficulty responding to their questions because of the amount of pain I was in. I was not drinking or anything that was suggested; I was simply in excruciating pain. I’ve had a kidney stone with intense similar pain before, so I had a pretty good idea that it was most likely this. I looked at my lab results, which several were out of range and consistent with the possibility of kidney stone. I was told no stone was visible on the CT scan and that maybe I passed it when I gave the urine sample. However, when I got home and went to the bathroom, a very apparent stone came out. 3 mm."
