"My 3yo daughter's doctor sent us here for allergy blood tests. I wish I'd looked up reviews beforehand. I did call ahead to see if they make appointments, but it's walk-in only. We registered at 11:48am and I walked out at 1:58pm without getting the blood draw. 2 hours of waiting and I asked for updates multiple times and they kept saying "someone will be calling you shortly". My anxiety just went through the roof waiting on the nasty chairs with my 2 young kids. I will never be going back."

"We had an appointment at 10:30 and at 11:15 they came out and asked if we had an order for lab draw for our newborn. I told them I turned it in at the front desk when we arrived. They told me they misplaced it. It really makes me wonder about the integrity of a healthcare facility that loses doctors orders with patient information on it which is a HIPAA violation."

"We used to have a great experience here. The wait wasn’t super long and the nurses were always very sweet to our son. But on our current visit, we have been waiting for over an hour for a simple blood draw. There seems to be only one nurse taking care of a waiting room full of parents with kids. There’s no way to make an appointment so there’s nothing anyone can do but show up and wait. And no one is being honest about wait times - I have been told “5 more minutes” three times already. If I had been told as soon as I came in that there was an hour long wait period, I would have simply come back another day as the lab work I need isn’t urgent. There needs to be better management of the wait times for patients if you won’t allow appointments to be made, especially since many of us are waiting with young children who may already have hospital fatigue or prior trauma associated with hospitals, AND who don’t have the ability to wait for extended periods of times."
