"I always have had a superior visit at this location and that still stands true. The staff are helpful, the nurses are gentle and the wait time is usually very short. I would recommend this location as one of the top 3 TCH Urgent Care locations out of the several my children have visited. I always have a comfortable experience here."

"Why is this location even open.. gives the name of Texas Children disgrace. Walk ins? Not here. You arrive early to be seen, not happening here. A fully staffed urgent care just for everyone to be browsing the internet or on their phones. Waited 2hrs just to be seen and to be told the physician would upload recommendations on the portal that were uploaded from google. If I could give a negative review I would lol"

"I brought my 2month old baby in due to being very fussy and inconsolable and wouldn’t stop crying. I think with her being in that state someone would come and try and evaluate but everyone just stared. I think that babies 6monyhs and under especially newborns should have priority regardless instead we waited to be called when we finally were called for a room it too an additional 1hr just to be seen that was really disappointing and frustrating esp for a fussy baby. However, I am grateful for the doctor who made the call to test her for strep if it wasn’t for her doing that test my baby probably would have been severely ill do’s I am forever grateful to this Doctor. Especially bc everyone said “babies don’t get strep” well that’s a lie bc mine did and again bc of that test it saves my baby’s life along with the ER putting on her antibiotics not knowing what results were going to come in. But the reason for my score was bc of how long I had to wait"

"I took my daughter and they were so helpful, friendly and kind! I explained our situation and they got us in fairly quick (still a wait for urgent care). Once in the room, the nurse was AMAZING! She was so kind to my daughter and made her feel comfortable while swabbing her for the various tests. The nurse practitioner was WONDERFUL and knowledgeable! She checked her out and sent her prescription right away to the pharmacy. My daughter wasn't feeling well but they cheered her up with a popsicle! We had an awesome experience with everything and will be recommending them!!"

"I love Texas Children’s they are always genuine and fast when I’ve taken my baby girl. I’ve changed my baby dr to the Texas Children’s network cause they are the best! They are very fast every time i come here it’s never a long wait. They are also very efficient, I won’t go anywhere else but here. Thanks to the staff here they are always caring with my child."
