"If I could give zero stars I would! Since Centromed took over this place has hit the lowest of lows! Today was the final straw! Called to refill my sons ADHD medicine because they forgot to have the doctor approve it last week when we called 4 times! Only to be told “Dr. Osborne has decided to leave us and we have no doctor to approve your sons refill!” So the doctor walked out, your office did not bother to notify anybody, and now my son is completely out of medicine and nothing can be done until Wednesday when we drive over 50 miles to go see the only Dr your office said will do the approval. Already made new patient appointments for a new doctor and will NEVER use or recommend Centromed again. Good luck parents if you have a child with ADHD that use to see Dr. Osborne."

"I DO NOT recommend this office. Since the loss of Dr. Holley, they went downhill fast. CentroMed is horrible. (This was the week before the next issue) One of the Nurse Practitioners, said she'd find my son a specialist for his skin and nails, but NEVER got back in touch with me. That was over 3 weeks ago. (Fast forward to the following week) I scheduled an appointment for my son with Dr. Osborn (she's so sweet and awesome) because he was feeling sick. I go, check in and the receptionist (which is the only one that is rude and always seems like she doesn't want to be there) tells me "You have an appointment with Dr. Osborn, but she's not in due to a family emergency." Which is fine and I hope that everything is okay. So, I asked if anyone else can see him, she said no. They're fully booked. So basically, I WASTED gas driving up there and they didn't even bother to call the families to cancel all of her appointments and refused to have someone else see my son. Then two days later, they send me a message saying and quote "(Sons name), we're sorry that YOU missed your appointment..." I try and stay level headed because I know it's stressful job, but getting that message just boiled my blood. If I could give zero stars, I would. Edit: Also, we used to be able to schedule appointments months in advance, but the rude receptionist says that, that's too early and to call when the checkup is needed."

"I've been taking my kids here for nearly 7 years and have been annoyed with the office customer service for a while. The office staff don't answer the phones or just leave you on hold and in person are generally unpleasant. The actual providers are usually nice and early on we were able to stick to seeing the same one. But in the past few years everytime we go, we've had to see a different doctor or nurse practitioner because of the insane turnover they have in providers. My last straw was today when I took my 4 year old as a walk in for a sick visit first thing in the morning when they opened and was refused as a walk in. There were only like 3 people in the waiting room and I was told they don't accept walk ins anymore, despite it being advertised all over their website. How can a pediatrician office not accept walk ins AT ALL for established patients? I found another office on the other side of town (still worth it) willing to accept my children and will not be returning. I would avoid this office if you can."

"I've been trying to get a hold of this office all week so I can schedule an appointment for my children and I only get busy signals and I get just ringing signals. Does anyone in the office ever pick up? You need to get a better call system. I've never had a problem getting through until this year. My children need their well check-ups and I need to know if they're up to date with their shots. Can you all check the phone lines and see if they're working!? By reading the reviews, I'm not the only one who has this problem with your phone lines. That's why I gave this office a 1 star for their POOR phone system! Get it together!!"
