"My husband went to the ER on November 3, 2023. The staff was nice; however I couldn’t believe the ER setting. There was NO privacy. HIPPA? My husband had to shared an IV pole with another individual. There were no privacy curtains. Just an open area for patients to wait and be seen by the doctor. We witnessed and heard the doctor meet and assess other patients as other patients witnessed and heard my husband’s assessment. Nursing staff told us that the doctor would have access to the test results from a MRI he had at another diagnostic center. When meeting with the doctor, he said that they didn’t have access. After explaining that we were told they did and wouldn’t take no for an answer the doctor did find and review the results."
"Full, full parking lot even at 9 AM. Valet service was great. visited 2nd 3rd floors Benson Building. Nicer if there was a walkway on top of parking lot to the 5th floor Benson."
"Labor and Delivery at this hospital was hands-down the worst I’ve ever experienced. I reported an allergy to tape they used the tape on me and when I told them that it was burning they came in and ripped the tape off and pulled all my skin off. We were told we Couldn’t be moved into the mom and baby unit because they were shorthanded so we were kept in a recovery room that looked so dirty. Well, in that room, I developed some bumps on my feet and Mya baby had a couple spots on her feet.. I told the nurse about it she told me it was a rash, but I’m pretty sure it’s bedbugs!!! The last day of our stay we finally got moved to a mom and baby room and it was super small And extremely hot We had no room and felt claustrophobic. I will say the morning nurses were always very good and attentive to our needs but The night nurses acted like We were an inconvenience And some of them were downright rude. There was a disconnect between the two shifts. We would be told one thing in the morning and then it would change At night! I had no help whatsoever with my baby and when I brought up concerns no one had answers for me. This is my fourth baby and hands-down this is the worst experience I’ve ever had In a hospital if you have another option, choose to have your baby elsewhere!!"
"I came here Friday Oct 20 at 1630 to the ED. I was in the waiting room 5 hours before moving to a gurney in an exam room, temp (67 degrees) where I stayed for the next 17 hours. I finally got a room but the cleanliness is sub-par and includes mold in the shower. You would have to be on antibiotics to use this shower, and anti-virals to use the dishes. I have to have food brought in because practically everything on the menu has soy in it. If I have to be seen for an emergency in the future, I will for sure pick a different hospital."
