"My room was MASSIVE. I had a king size bed with a jacuzzi for about $170? Idk how many other places you can get that, but I was shocked. Great location, near a ton of food and restaurants and very close to the airport."

"The bathroom had a bad smell like black mold. Truns out the maintaince guy said that smell is in every bathroom. That's definitely the water. They need to get their water tested. The mattresses are not comfortable at all( reminds me of a water bed). It's not bad for location right next door to the main event. But the smell from the water and we had stayed 4 days. We took showers, and that smell of black mold made it difficult to sleep in that hotel room for 3 nights. The smell was so bad in the bathroom that I had an asthma attack. If you ran the shower even on cold water, the smell was horrid. I asked the maintaince guy if he could do anything about it, and he said nope its in every room." That was the only thing was the foul smell and the mattresses where spring beds. Not at all comfortable. Do not recommend. Not worth $450 for three nights."

"Rooms are average. It’s not a good hotel though. I’m a diamond elite member and got a hot tub in my king suite and it was leaking the entire night. The sink was leaking. The furniture was falling apart. Found a cockroach as well. That was the final straw."

"The staff at this hotel is extremely helpful and so kind. The lady at check-in was great she gave us an upgraded room so we could check in early. When we checked out, we had a morning flight. We left early and in a rush. I forgot my valuable jewelry in the room. I was at the airport when I realized it. I called and spoke with Angel she went to the room and got the jewelry and gave it to Sarah to deliver it to me at the airport. That is outstanding customer service. They did it all with a smile. Outstanding job, ladies. Thank you"

"Terrific service from the free shuttle driver to the ladies at the front desk! The room was standard but clean. The pool was super fun, and the perfect temperature! We spent several hours there as it was so hot outside! The complimentary breakfast was hot & delish, with enough options to please everyone."
