"Me and my family love coming here. We've each had our own experiences at this store. I went in one morning and Lionel the manager was alone but he took care of us all very quick. And he was super nice. My daughter told me one day Jazzy helped her and my Grand babies. She was so patient and kindly helped her with no hesitation. I walked in and both Jazzy and Anisha were working and dancing and singing I joined in with them. And all of them are always greeting us and make us feel welcomed. I do recommend this place. My mom told me that they always hold the door for her when she leaves the store. You can't find workers like that anywhere. Not even worker, just people. They're willing to give that helping hand when they don't even have to."

"Did you know it is illegal for a manager to help an employee having a hard time while on break. That is what I was told by her when I went outside to inform her that the poor employee inside was stuck on a food stamp purchase and could not ring anyone up. Illegal? REALLY? What a joke but I wasn't laughing!!! If you go to this store any day she works between 5:00-6:00 pm this is what you will find. Her sitting in her car smoking and reading a book. The up close picture is from today and the one from inside the store of her out in her car is from March 16th this year which I took to send to my wife since we have a running joke about her customer service. You can see the line and I am half way through it before taking a frustrated picture and leaving. Today I was only there for tomato soup and it took 30 minutes before I just left $2.25 for two $1.00 cans of soup on the counter and left the store. I would tell Dollar General about the problem but if you can find any way to contact them on their website please let me know, I couldn't. While I am sure she is frustrated with the lack of employees it certainly doesn't require making up some BS about breaking the law. To the guy working inside without any support. We could see the frustration on your face and don't blame you. I felt sorry for the trouble you were having and my advice as always is keep trying, you can only do the best you can do with the support you employer gives you."
