"I'm only giving two stars because of the excellent customer service I experienced with Richard. As far as the delivery service has been horrible. I placed an order on 9/11 to have a washer and dryer, a bedroom set, and living room tables delivered and set up on the 14th. Mind you, I took off work on the 14th so I could be there for delivery. The 14th came, and the delivery guys showed up around 4 pm. They bring in the washer and dryer and set it up. Bring in the bedroom stuff, and I believe the tables then tell me that they have to go to the north arlington location to pick up my mattress and return. Before that, they asked me how much I paid to have them set up everything because they thought the sell man's made a mistake on the price. I told them them that I paid for delivery and set up. However, I can set the tables up since it's a problem. Just set up the bedroom. They said they would once they return with the mattress. They left around 5issh, and I never heard back from them. I called and texted the drivers around 8 p.m. I received no response. 9/15, the delivery driver calls me at 11:18 a.m., saying they'll be on their way in 45 mins. I say I am unavailable because of work and if they could come this evening or tomorrow because I'm a flight attendant and my schedule is crazy. The guy tells me he will speak with his manager and call me back. Of course, he never called me back, so I called the store location and asked to speak with a manager. The managers were unavailable for 30 mins, so I informed the associate of what's going on. He said he would take care of and call me back. I told him I didn't answer, shoot me a text because I'll be flying, and I still received messages in the air. He said ok. As of 9/16 at 12:04 p.m., I haven't received a call nor text about delivery and set up. I spent over 3k for all this, and to be treated like this is insane. Customer service is truly a loss art these days. I'll be disputing charges within a day or two if I haven't heard anything. Truly insane. Update: I received a call from the manager, and he apologized and offered a 100 refund and new delivery on Tuesday. I'll update on Tuesday to three stars once delivered. Update as of 9/22: I do not still have my mattress, protector cover , nor anything set up. I also haven't received the 100.00 refund. The delivery guys called on 9/18 and said they were 20 mins away, and I had to decline due to working. I don't understand why they don't schedule in advance to let the customer prepare. So I called the Grand Prairie location and told them to deliver this Friday anytime in the AM. So we'll see if they come and deliver and set up everything. I also sent Ken an email. I'll update you all later"
