"I visited the NP 2 months ago and asked for a referral for the dermatologist. They took more than a month to provide me the referral and that too for a location that did not accept my insurance. I called the clinic letting them know that I will be needing a referral for a location that actually accepts my insurance. Another month has gone by and I still have no referral. They do not take your concerns seriously. Highly disappointed and will definitely be changing clinics."
"Rude, they don’t communicate, & a doctor told me she wouldn’t give me a referral for what my oncologist said I NEEDED FROM MY PCP AND SHE SAID NO. just avoid central med at all cost"
"Took my son Monday. I waited 45 min but they were busy! I was just glad to be seen on short notice. I went prepared to wait. The staff was very friendly even thou I was a little hangry. Thank y'all for the great care!"
"I wish I would have read the reviews before scheduling a doctor's appointment. I have been there twice before, and I had to ask for a flu shot because no one asked if I needed one. That was plain out so sorry. Im not satisfied with the doctor whom I had an appointment with because I feel she is not paying attention to me. Like she doesn't believe me and contradicts what I'm trying to tell her. You feel like you can't be your own advocate regarding your own health."
"What type of doctor reads the interpretation page rather than your blood work ranges? It literly took her about 15 seconds to have my labwork results interpreted to me. A vitamin D defencency was found and was given a prescription. I was only given the interpretation page of my labwork, I wanted to know my vitamin D defency levels since came out deficient and to have something to compare to 2 months later for my follow-up appointment (if went up, remain same), was told to make an online patient portal, did, my results was not posted after several weeks of waiting, emailed centromed directly and my results were given to me after a few days. Why do I need to do so many things just to have my results? An interpretation page is fine if came along with my results. After I got my results, turns out had a 120 blood glucose!!! That is prediabetes and is something very important as can turn to diabetes for life if don't make lifestyle changes and dietary changes while it still can be reversed/prevented. What highly disappointed me was that the doctor literly read the interpretation page of my blood work results, to my knowledge, doctors get paid to read my actual numerical ranges and from that interprets my health. Because of the fact the Dr only read the interpretation page and not once looked at my numerical results, such an important thing was missed. My grandparents and aunts have diabetes so I too have high risk to develop it, I wish centromed can address this issue where have their doctor's look at their patient's results rather than soly relying on the interpretation page. Drs get paid to interpret blood work not read the interpretation page and miss such an important thing. I had made 2 appointments to get these blood work results. Highly disappointed. Update: thank you for looking at my case, I do hope the company adopts a rule requiring all doctors to print out the blood work ranges rather than relying on the interpretation page. Would be helpful if dietary changes were recommended using those results as bases to adopt a healthier lifestyle to aid in recovery in infections. The doctor did a much better job, thank you for looking at my case and changing these things."
