"Normally I won't write reviews, but I feel like this place is really bad. I stayed 1 night in a non smoking room. I left early morning and saw after I left that they charged an additional 50 dollars. When I called and asked why, they said they smelled smoke in the room as if I were smoking in there. I told them I don't smoke and the man just said sorry, we believe our staff and hung up. Lol.. please trust the reviews of this place."

"Was a little weary at first based off of customer photos and previous reviews but upon arrival was pleasantly surprised. Rooms downstairs looked newly remodeled, upstairs rooms need some TLC but we’re still very much acceptable and comfortable. The staff were so incredibly accommodating to our HUGE group. They were ready to receive us and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend this hotel, and would have absolutely NO hesitation to book with Mr. Patel and his family once again in the near future."

"We had a large group of 26, and the customer service was above and beyond our expectations. We were well accommodated and sincerely humbled by the kindness of Mr Patel and his staff. We plan to stay here again when we return to San Antonio."

"If I could give this business zero stars I would. No towels when we entered the room, then they only gave us 2. Diesel trucks set idling with exhaust facing our room for 1.5 hours went multiple times to the front desk they did nothing about it. Fumes were entering our room and there was nothing they would do about it. Just horrible experience. I would never come back here again."

"This place is not for the weak at heart. Take a look at the pictures, and you can see how bad this place is. The fridge was out, and they said they would have someone come out and look at it first thing in the morning, Never happen. The bed protector was ripped, they place another protective cover that could be washed, but clearly not changed because it was covered with hair. The sheets didn't stay on the bed. This place was bad and I don't think it get inspected at all. I will not book another room here again. The day clerk had an attitude and was very unfriendly. The chair had a stain on it."
