"I’m glad Jeanne and Chris can stand at the front registers and talk about what they are going to buy, etc…instead of helping a customer. There were only about four customers in the entire store, I was the only one at the front registers, so I don’t think Michael’s can afford to lose any customers."
"Lotsa good stuff on sale. Huge selection. Kinda bummed that the person who knew about model car paints wasn't there, so I didn't feel confident about making a purchase. But, again, huge selection, it would be impressive for all employees to know about all crafts. Picked up a couple of items I knew were basic must-haves for model cars, though. And it's cool that Michael's has tools & supplies for this hobby!"
"Michaels has a pretty good selection of crafting supplies for purchase and their store is nice and clean and logically laid out but If I had to sum up a Michaels review to one word, it would be, "overpriced". It's to the point where you have to use their coupons just to be able to afford anything in the store. Many times I will go there looking for something in particular, find said item, get sticker shock, walk out boring to find the item elsewhere for a more reasonable price."
