Never expected a national brand like party city to have such incompetent people as staff. They don't know where things are in the store, they laugh in front of customers, they have the worst expressions when asking a question.. If this was not an urgency where I was trying to get some last minute stuff for my newphew's birthday, I would have walked out and gone to literally any other store."

"I came by here today to check to see if they had graduation banners and balloons. I was able to park fairly close to the door. I noticed that the area has two handicap parking spots available near the front. There are markers on the floor for appropriate social distancing. The staff at this location were very helpful."
