"I had the most unfortunate experience today when the “manager” Molly, was VERY rude to not only a customer but also an employee. The employee, I will call her “Tina” as to not expose this poor girl, was having trouble doing an exchange for a customer. She asked for help multiple times but this manager, Molly, didn’t want to help her and called her a few choice words. Eventually the customer just wanted her money back. But instead Molly cancelled out the transaction and told the customer she didn’t want to do the return and refused to help her but took her items she was wanting to return. This customer asked who the manager was and Molly said it was her. But the “store” manager was Patricia. She refused to give out Patricia’s info and told the lady that if she had an issue she could come back another time because she didn’t want to help her today. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a dollar tree. This “manager” Molly, is not manager material. 1) you don’t treat customers terribly, and 2) don’t disrespect your employees because they have a learning curve. Patricia, if you see this, please contact me. I have always gone to this dollar tree but I’m sorry to say I will no longer come back as long as Molly works here. Not after I have seen how she treats customers and employees."

"My eldest daughter accompanied on some errands runs and asked to visit a Dollar Tree. This Dollar Tree was along the way to one of our destinations so I stopped in for her. She was super happy to walk down the aisles and spent a good amount of time around the toy section. We found some items not seen at other Dollar Trees. The valentine's day section was fully stocked so we managed to get some neat Sour Kids Hearts. Staff seem more abundant here as they constantly cut open boxes to restock shelves. They smiled and were polite when we passed by."

"I'm going over board in the stars today. While the place looked like a war zone they almost had what I was looking for on this Christmas Eve. What I am really giving 4 stars for was the experience of that moment in old Christmas's movies where the parent is out doing that last minute shopping. Men and women standing around looking blankly at the almost empty shelves. Looking at something on the shelf trying to decide if that is close enough to what you were sent out for or not and someone blitzing past grabbing the item then seeing them drop it on a different shelf two slots down because it wasn't the Mickey mouse sweater they wanted just a gift box... Truly an 80s Christmas experience, thank you Dollar Tree for some childhood nostalgia!"

"I had the most wonderful experience today. Patricia(the manager) was helping a gentleman with a request. With a smile, on her face she was in the stock room pulling every single box of stuffed animals out. You see, the gentleman was buying out all the stuffed animals to take to the Toys for Toys Drop Off. She even offered, her own vehicle for use. I lovingly stepped in n we were able to get everything done. Patricia n another young lady, loaded up the cars n sent us on our way. MERRY CHRISTMAS, everyone"
