Sky Zone Trampoline Park 3823 Irving Mall, Irving, TX 75062

"This place is trash . We came to celebrate a birthday, at 8pm they stopped serving pizza they said they didn't want to prep more pizza so they stopped making pizza then the mens restroom was out of order so we had to send the kids downstairs of the mall to use the restroom they had lockers out of order and they closed down the “warrior course” , they didn’t even have the menu on at all to know what they served . Last time we are coming here this place had a bunch of kids working here as well no actual adults ."

"This is not a good place to have your kids party, the customer service is a 0 stars. They are very unorganized and rushed us the entire time we got there, the workers were rude and was not very patient when it came to the kids or signing in. The pizza was VERY disgusting,sloppy and gooey (under cooked). My jump time started at 4:15 p.m. and my kids weren't able to jump until 4:40p.m. and the staff didn't wanna reimburse the kids jump time even though it was the staffing fault from being so unorganized.TRULY I DO NOT recommend this Sky Zone at this location !"

"Great place to take your kids and have fun. Indoor trampoline park that is huge. Prices are good and my kids had so much fun. This is the perfect park to get yourself and kids together. Even better when the weather gets colder and I want to take my kids out for a fun activity."

"Poor customer service, Very unorganized place of establishment. There were water leaks everywhere. The place was clean but They do not sanitize anything. First point of contact in any area of the trampoline, you get rash. For the food, they wait till its your schedule time to eat, to start preparing the food and there were no utensils to use to portion out the food! 1st and last time coming here. They need an emergency remodel. The reason for my review is for corporate to see this and make changes, not to bash them! They have potential ,you just have to love what you do. I mean this in the most humble way"

"This is a great place to take the kiddos. Membership is the best way to do it, well...for us anyway. There are plenty of employees watching every jump area and all are real friendly. My granddaughter loves it and she has made some friends that she looks forward to seeing when we go. I do wish they had more free buddy jump days on the weekends for members ******************************************** UPDATE as of 06/04/2023. They have now got the free Buddy Jump days posted.
