"This place is the WORST!!! EVERY time I leave, I'm upset, but I've continued to give them the benefit of the doubt. They're understaffed, it's "Covid 's fault", she's having a bad day, blah blah blah. I'm done making excuses for their AWFUL customer service! Whoever runs the show around here should be fired. Horrible experienceS."

"This was my first time to go in this location and I went on the best day! Dollar deals! Everything on clearance was a buck! I made some of the cutest outfits off the dollar section and found some cute dress for a photo shoot! It was so hard not to spend all my money! All the clothes I purchased were in great shape with no stains and normal wear! I will be going back!"

"Rude Employees! I'm only giving 2 stars because they have the best selection between Denton and Flowermound. I've been offered better sale prices here that's why I come back. But that being said, the employees here are absolutely Rude! The past 3 times I have sold here, they are rude the moment you walk in the door. I walked up for a sale and right away, we don't don't take that. No hello, are you selling today nothing. When looking through some clothes to buy, the lady working in that section was very nice to me and asked how I was, she was very nice. I asked if she was the manager to just mention how the front was, she let me know where the manager was. She helped me find the swimsuits as well. After I got my text message that my items were ready, I waited at the front. 4 of the women were just chatting it up with each other. One of the younger girls was folding on the opposite side and eventually came over (she was very nice and she did actually help me last sale and was nice then as well) I hate to say it but your store runs on buy and reselling baby and child products and when you're use to people on multiple occasions and not buying most items brought in, how will the store stay in business. Out of the no joke, 8 women working, only 2 were nice. Not good odds."

"I have never had an issue at this location until now. I walked inside to donate my stuff and They immediately bombarded me, which was understandable. Except for the fact that they were rude about it. There were about three employees that came at me. And they were all rude. I was not expecting that. And it rather angered me. I will no longer be returning to this particular location. I’d rather go to The Denton location because they have never treated me rudely."

"Always can find great items for my daughter for a great price! Good quality clothes and toys! I picked up some nice coats last time i stopped there. Getting ready for the winter with some great finds from here! Also lucked out with a car to push my daughter around in. Love this store and will definitely be back soon."
