Michaels

"Sad. I used to love shopping at this store but this last time it was just sad. I went for gift wrapping, and they were more or less sold out of a lot of it . Not one employee said one thing. It just felt cold and sad, like Michaels just lost its life. The thing that will be a deal breaker for me is all the self check outs! I am thinking a good amount of employees lost their jobs because of the self check outs. So now, while the company is putting more money in their pockets, we are doing more of the work for them by bagging our stuff , checking our selfs out ,and still paying full price. I have also been to the location at Lake Worth, and it was pretty much the same way. I will be giving it more thought about going to Hobby Lobby or somewhere else where there is more life and the company doesn't have a problem allowing employees to serve the customers. Scary."

"Always clean and have helpful employees. My only complaint is my dislike of self checkouts. Everything was self checkout. Call me old fashioned but good shopping experience includes pleasant conversations with people at the register and making them smile"

"I like the different varieties of my new artistree designer flowers in the flower section that i acquired through Michaels stores and my rewards discounts that they send updates to my file with. I like that the savings discounts is noticeable especially on bigger shopping trips and the CHRISTMAS TREES! It's christmas tree heaven! I like the crickets and there is a LOT of things I like, especially as an artist and creative( reading, writing, placement and movement and object positioning) but anyway, I especially like those push carts but I got sad because I wanted to inquire IF Michaels is still linked with the creators of moleskin branded notebooks?"

"They don’t have much as far as fall decorations. What they currently have out for Christmas looks cheap. The music they’re playing is so bad! There’s nobody in the store who cares to assist you. Here’s a cute pumpkin bag."
