"So I made a purchase using the rooms to go card. I mistakenly made a second payoff for the amount. I was told it would take 2 weeks to return the money. Really what they are doing is refusing my money as the mo ey had already left my account. If you are using a credit company for your store card you should ensure the customer is not screwed over by them. As now I will not make any further purchases from Rooms to Go and will recommend nobody I know shops here as well. This is a poor way to treat customers."

"We just popped in with our kids to look at bunk bed options and happened cross a floor display that was about 60% off and included the trundle. Our kids were thrilled and our salesperson, Gina, got us taken care of with mattresses, delivery, pickup (of the bed itself), etc. within about 30 minutes. She worked hard to get everything we needed together and even let us know that if we see something online we like later we can let her know and she can create the cart for us, all ready to checkout. I’m not usually appreciative of aggressive salespeople, but she truly had a spirit of assistance and was very helpful and clear about everything we should or should not expect."
